A Blog With its Unique Personality

Hi, I know that in this paragraph I should introduce myself, but according to my school’s policy I can’t say my name, so how else am I supposed to describe myself as a person? I’ll start with four words:  friendly, honest, shy and perfectionist.
I’m a brunette Venezuelan, short in size 9th grader who attends to an international school in Venezuela. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and I love listening to music and drawing. When I was smaller I used to play the piano and now I’m looking forward to playing the guitar because I just love their sound. My favorite animals are dogs, dolphins and sea lions. The fact that my family isn’t too much into animals, leaves me having only one pet, this being a parrot named Nemo. Having a parrot makes me dislike cats in general as I’m always finding myself to hide Nemo away from them so he doesn’t get eaten. This summer, I went to Los Roques which is a beautiful beach in Venezuela, and hanged out with some friends in the city. When it comes to the world, I think that the biggest injustice is poverty. In my country there are many poor people and so many that haven’t been given help. I think this affects a lot Venezuela and the world in general because it’s from there that the violence, jealousy, and stealing arise. Sometimes I wish I could just take one of them and help them but it’s not that easy because there are so many that it wouldn’t be fair, and that’s one of the reasons why I hate my government, because they don’t see the world affected around them.
In this blog I’m going to talk about a variety of things. My main focus in this blog is an independent book I’m reading in English class. Besides writing about my independent reading book, I was planning on writing about a movie I recently saw that I liked, or a TV show. I might also write about my relationship with friends and maybe even about school, but in general common life problems.
